    Jerry Sambrook started The Brooklyn Believer in 2005 from his couch in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. His upstart supernatural blog grew into a sensation that’s been thrilling New Yorkers for two decades now with NYC’s “Spooky Beat” and a variety of offbeat features for the discriminating reader. Jerry lives with his wife Elisa, their dog Renfield, and their three children in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

    Tiffani Miller is an award-winning journalist, filmmaker, and activist. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, The Atlantic, and Deadline, and her reporting has been featured on CNN, NBC News, and countless other outlets. Tiffany lives in Yorkville with her loving husband, celebrated novelist C. Baldwin Miller, and their three corgis Finnic, Rhodes, and Bradford.

    Originally from California, Korrine studied business at UCLA before relocating to NYC, where she manages The Believer’s sales team. Korinne is an entrepreneur, an influencer and lifestyle coach, owns her own fitness brand, and is passionate about sharing the stories of other incredible women. She resides in the Upper West Side.

    Born and raised in Queens, Becky graduated from Grover Cleveland High School, where she excelled at volleyball. After two decades working in a department store, Becky changed careers to join Jerry in 2009 and became the heart of The Brooklyn Believer. She lives in Jackson Heights with her sister Alice and her cat Mistress Bucket.

    Brad graduated from the School of Visual Arts in 2011 with a BFA in Film. A multi-disciplinary talent, Brad built a highly successful freelance career before joining The Believer in 2018 as a multimedia journalist. Brad loves exploring subcultures, particularly at the intersection of technology and sustainability. He lives in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

    Tanner Vos is an award-winning visual journalist and writer, based in NYC. Tanner is a master of many trades. He’s a photographer, a musician, an adventurer, a chef, a designer, and a poet, but–most of all–Tanner is a collector of stories. Tanner and his work have been featured by Buzzfeed, Gizmodo, and Mashable. When he’s not traveling the world’s most dangerous roads, Tanner lives in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

    Daisy Scott has a B.A. in journalism from NYU. She lives in Long Island City and plays the drums in her spare time.

    Liam handles all the scheduling duties for the paper while juggling undergraduate business studies at NYU. He intends to focus on arts administration and hopes to eventually complete his MBA. Liam is a skilled bassoonist, enjoys comic books, and lives in the East Village.
